David Sseppuuya is a writer, editor, communications professional, Bible teacher, and serves in prayer ministry.
He is the author of “Africa’s Industrialisation & Prosperity – From Esau Syndrome to Structural Adjustment Strategy”; “Praying Deeply – A Guide to Intercession and Spirit-Dipped Prayer”; Uganda, Africa & Israel”; “Churches Planting Factories”; “Understanding and Acting on Your Dreams”; and editor of “Prophecies Over Uganda & Africa”; among other titles. Some have been translated into French, while Kiswahili translations are also in the pipeline.
David researched, wrote and edited “Celebrating 50 Years of Development Partnership: The World Bank and Uganda”, for the World Bank Group in 2013. He researched, wrote and edited “The World Bank and the United Republic of Tanzania: 50 Years of Development Partnership” for the World Bank Group in Dar es Salaam in 2015. He was also the lead consultant in the research and publishing of “The Golden Odyssey: Bank of Uganda, 1966-2016” in 2016. In 2023/24, he wrote and edited “Supporting Uganda’s Development Journey – UNDP 1977-2023”.
He has been published as a voice from Africa by Springer, in New York City, in the ten-year publication “Challenges of Globalization and Prospects for an Inter-civilizational World Order”.

He served as Editor-in-Chief of The New Vision/Vision Group (2005-2006) and as Executive Editor of Monitor Publications Ltd/Nation Media Group (2010-2012).
He serves as a trustee of Rainbow Garden Intercession Ministries and as a board member of Intercessors for Uganda. His commission to teaching and writing has resulted in a number of books for the equipping of the Church.
David is married to Julia and has three children.
